The Berardi Residence
Toni Berardi commissioned us to assist her and her fiance in creating a new lower floor-plan, starting with her Kitchen, moving to her Living room, and finally ending in her Family room. Their existing layout was cramped and cavernous, she wanted the exact opposite. What we helped her do was to see and understand her needs for her new space, how they would be delineated, by the use of materials, and finally how our design would be and feel based on our ability to create a 3D design working layout and model. She said that she could read and understand plans well enough, but even still the 3D helped her and her fiance to completely understand the new spacing.
