The Bairrington Residence
The Bairrington’s contacted us to help them two fold. They needed drawings done for their residence to add on to their garage, so that they could build and have drawings for permit purposes for the City of Thornton, Colorado. The idea was simple, on a tract home, create a space attached to the garage, for extra storage and work space. The lot and setback lines would accommodate this just fine.
Here was what Chris Bairrington said after the project:
“I recently used Tim at H3 Designs for my garage addition & it has been a great experience. I had Tim model my existing house in 3d, give me a movie, along with 3 level views of the addition. I presented it to the HOA recently & they approved without any questions. They commented on the professionalism of the presentation & that it would make things go so much faster if they had this for other projects in the neighborhood. I then took the levels to the city building inspector & again, approved without any questions. I then took the prints to Lowes & they are bundling the lumber, nails, shingles, siding, etc for the build off the plans. I met with the project desk for about 10 minutes, about 5 minutes more than they needed just in case they had any questions.
I highly recommend Tim at H3 Designs for your project. I liked his work so much I am having him add landscaping to my 3d rendering of the house, along with a design of an patio cover for future installation.
