The smith Residence
The Glen at Winter Park is an ongoing project. This project includes two duplex buildings being built in Winter Park, Colorado, which were designed by James K. Pool Architects, in Granby Colorado. Jim Pool, the Architect, designed these structures, using a unique mountain contemporary design. The design was well thought out and planned, but before it was built, needed to be visually understood, thats where H3 Designs came in. We took the existing plans from Jim Pool, and built everything, inside and out, in a 3-Dimensional world, providing the views of the living room, kitchen, Master Bed and Bath, as well as other areas.
The 3-D design was helpful for the owner to understand spacial relationships of rooms and how the end product would be. H3 Designs helped the owner to come to an understanding as to the final material finishes that would be chosen, by having us place certain materials in certain spaces to give a desired look and feel.
