Complete Custom Home Design

We can assist you in the complete Home Design Package, which includes but is not limited to, the complete design of your home, that includes a set of architectural plans, which can be assessed and stamped by a licensed engineer or your choice. If you don’t have one, we can help you in that process, as we work with a few very competent companies. This home design package will also include a complete model of your home and any Landscape surrounding if you choose to include that. We can provide you with views of your home looking at the home in any angle, or even put you inside to provide a rendered perspective to show you how it will look when the construction is complete. In addition to that we can offer you interior design services, with help in choosing Colors, Fixtures, Appliances, Furniture, Flooring and much more. With any home project that has demolition, dumpsters, contractors, etc, we recommend obtaining a permit. This permit can be obtained using a set of plans from us, that if necessary would include an engineer stamp. When the plans are obtained and submitted to the county Planning and Zoning department, a permit is issued.

Remodeling Services

Our remodeling services include H3 Designs helping you to create a plan for your design, utilizing 3D as well as CAD plans to create an solid overall design. This design is created by H3 intricately measuring your existing home or space. In the design process, some clients desire to see a rendered view of the changes to their home or space. In this case we would provide you with high quality renderings, and a malleable model if you would choose to see that, in order for you to completely comprehend the design choices you have chosen. Once that design is created or if you currently have a design which we can work from, we begin to put together a team, of licensed professionals to provide quality work. We will help you to organize the team of contractors to create a flow for work, so that work is done seamlessly. With our CAD drawings, you can pull your own permit, or have one of the recommended contractors pull the permit. Usually a Homeowner does not pull their own permit, unless they desire to help do some of the work on their own home/project.

Basements

The same efforts apply to Basements as Remodels. Usually our clients prefer to see the basement design in a simple but easy to understand and manipulate model. This model has texture and shadow for the purpose of easily understanding spacial elements.

3D Modeling

Our 3D Modeling processes can be as simple or extensive as you desire. In most cases our clients desire to see the middle of the road to the upper end of modeling. This will enable for us to create renderings, that are sketch quality to semi-photo realistic. In most cases 3D design is used for the purpose of showing spacial elements and to understand how a space may be once built. We have the capability and understanding to create models that contain materials that would be used in real life. This ability gives us the opportunity to showcase specific architectural elements of a design and its function.

Also, 3D modeling can be quite helpful for the purpose of showcasing a home or planned development, and in a lot of cases we work with architectural firms, or engineering firms to assist in the 3D design process. We can take CAD plans that have been produced, and create a 3D model, from which to showcase renderings, walk-throughs, as well as points of views for other purposes, in order to sell or assist in pre-sale marketing packages. In some cases we have been commissioned for our 3D creativity to assist with an HOA approval. In most cases a home that is within an HOA requires certain architectural requirements be meet. However sometimes the case may be that the HOA board is not as familiar with a specific project as the homeowner, and therefor are better assisted to understand the design and its concepts when given a 3D model or rendering to look at. In the case of HOA’s, we have a 100% approval for all of our projects, to date!
