The Laporte Residence
John & Mary LaPorte had a Landscape Designer & Landscape Contractor, and they had their plans almost ready to be completed when they called us. They have a large piece of property in the Castle Rock area, which they wanted to convert to a multiple use space, which included, a patio, a shed/work area, storage for tractors/equipment, as well as natural occuring paths throughout their property. In addition to that, they wanted some assistance in placing some retaining walls as well as a patio covering that extended off the back of their house. We helped them to accomplish everything. We provided the LaPortes with 2D cad plans for permitting purposes to be submitted to the city as well as the HOA. We also assisted them with the exterior colors of their house, through our partner company, H3 Paint. After completing the 3D modeling of their entire property, they discovered things about the original design, that they wanted to change.
