The freemont Residence
Steve Freemont contacted us while trying to decide how to revamp his existing house in South Parker, Colorado. He had an idea of how he wanted to gut the inside, but basically could not figure out how to ay out the spaces and give the home a facelift for the minimal amount of money. His home was originally designed in the late 70’s and had that feel and look. His Living room was not maximizing his amazing views of the Colorado Rocky Mountains, but through a 3D design process we showed him how we would open up the front of the house and take advantage of those views, as well as make his home not feel boxy and uncomfortable. We also included a new Office suite off the Living room, which provided him the work at home environment he desired.
