Breckenridge Home
The Breckenridge Home was designed by JPB Architects of Evergreen, CO. The architect needed us to provide 3D renderings as well as a short movie clip, to showcase the house on the lot, for both the homeowner as well as the HOA Architectural Approval Committee. The home was very well designed, but based on the 3D modeling required some changes to the exterior appearance.
After a slight redesign the home was approved by the HOA Architecural Approval Committee.
The homeowner loved the redesign as well as the ability to see aspects of the design they had not seen before.
