1570 Milwaukee
The 1570 Milwaukee project was a flip & fix project. The company who hired us was On Time Construction, in which they needed a plan completed for the remodel, which was to basically gut the entire house, and rebuild, leaving the foundation, and the shell of the exterior walls. The foundation was increased to current standards and regulations, and the exterior walls were brought to code. The investor, who funded the project, cam up with the design although was unsure from the plan, but after seeing the 3D of the house was convinced that what he wanted.
Often times this is the case, clients have a detailed image in their mind, or the contractor or designer can be able to visualize what the end result is, but someone in that triangle, Homeowner, Builder, or Architect doesn't fully understand. The 3D process helps that tremendously, especially in this case.
